This session give an overview of the variety of diversity changes that the industry is seeking, and shows what can be done through organisation and togetherness. Lina Burghausen has won awards for her work supporting female artists in the field of hip hop and urban music, and Lana Wittig, who leads "Hey Ladies!", the largest German women's music industry network and is part of EDITION F, which supports women through personal and professional development.
